Real estate is the part of Omar's work that stays physical. Software can be revised endlessly; a building commits you. That constraint is exactly what he finds useful — it forces long-horizon thinking about location, cost, and how a space will actually be lived in years after the deal closes, rather than optimizing for whatever looks good this quarter.

His involvement runs from evaluating and acquiring properties through improving and holding them, with the same emphasis on fundamentals and durable value that guides how he builds companies. Specific holdings and projects will be outlined here over time.
